What areas do you cover?

We cover Stratford-upon-Avon and its surrounding villages.

 

 

Can my cleaner come when I'm at work?
Yes, you can leave a set of keys with your cleaner if you are at work.

 

 

Will I have the same cleaner every week?

Yes, you will have the same person at the same time every visit to your home.

 

 

Who provides the cleaning materials?

We provide standard cleaning materials included in the price.

 

 

What are the minimum number of hours I can have?

The minimum number of hours are 2 hours per visit.

 

 

What if my clean falls when I am on holiday?

We can clean as usual so that you come home to a lovely fresh house.

 

Can I specify the day of week that the cleaner comes?
Yes, we make every effort to accomodate our client's needs. In some rare cases we may have to offer you our nearest alternative date.

 

 

What if I have pets? Will they have to be secured whilst cleaning takes place?
No, your pets can be allowed their normal access while our cleaners work; all our cleaners are cat and dog friendly.

 

 

How do I pay?

In most cases payment is left on the day of cleaning however a monthly account can be opened.

 

 

Are you insured?

Yes, we have public liability insurance upto £1,000,000

 

 

Do you provide replacement cover if my cleaner is ill or on holiday?

Every effort will be made to supply you with a replacement cover but on rare occaisons this may not be possible.
